Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Label

  Download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.

  Package Items

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar sturdy container and include the packing slip inside.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and retain your drop-off receipt until your refund has been processed.
